Refund Policy

At Dea Beauty Clinic, we value the trust you place in us and strive to deliver treatments with care, professionalism, and transparency. Please review our refund policy before booking your appointment.​

 

Medical Treatments (e.g., Dermal Fillers, Injectables)

  • Fees for medical treatments are non-refundable once the procedure has been carried out.

  • Payment covers the product, the medical professional’s expertise, and the clinical time allocated for your treatment.

  • Results may vary from person to person. Dissatisfaction with cosmetic outcomes alone does not qualify for a refund.

  • If a complication arises, our practitioners will provide appropriate follow-up care, which may include corrective treatment (e.g., dissolving hyaluronic acid filler where clinically appropriate).
     

Other Beauty Treatments (Facials, Skincare, Non-Medical Services)

  • Refunds are not provided once a service has been delivered.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service outcome, we encourage you to speak with your practitioner so we can recommend adjustments or follow-up care.

Prepaid Packages and Deposits​

  • Refunds are available for prepaid packages only for treatments that have not yet been performed. Refund eligibility is subject to review and approval by the clinic.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation/no-show fee.

  • Refer to our Booking Policy for additional details

Products (Retail Skincare, Non-Prescription Items)

  • Unopened, unused retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
