Cancellation Policy
Please refrain from cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 48h. Appointments cancelled less than 48h will have a charge of $50. Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures and can not be rushed. It is very important that we ask a thorough health history and have enough time to answer all your questions. Being late shortens the time of a proper assessment therefore we will have to re-schedule your appointment for another day. For any Facial appointments please come in without any makeup (foundation, concealer, powders). Laser treatments (DiolazeXL) We request that you come with no sun exposure 2-3 weeks prior; no recent sunless self tanners, and with the treatment area shaved.
